The purchase of our software will be governed by this Refund Policy.
READ THIS POLICY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER, DETERMINING YOUR RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO YOUR PURCHASE, INCLUDING ESSENTIAL RESTRICTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS.
If you experience operational issues that MegaAndroid® technicians cannot resolve, you may be entitled to a full refund in accordance with the Refund Policy below. Most refunds can be avoided if you accept professional help from our Technical Support team. To contact support, send an email to email@example.com
Subject to applicable laws and these conditions of the Refund Policy, you may be eligible to receive a full refund as long as the reasons for the refund do not contradict the conditions of the Refund Policy detailed below.
- • We offer simple and easy instructions to use this mobile monitoring service.
- • The mobile monitoring service is not refundable if you do not follow the instructions provided
- • Failed software and / or service licenses will be fully refunded
Refunds will not be made for reasons beyond the control of MegaAndroid®. These include, but are not limited to:
- • The client did not properly select the target device (Android / iPhone)
- • The target device was restored to the original factory settings (Reset / Format)
- • The Client does not follow the guidelines and instructions of our customer service team by email
- • The target Device is not owned by the Customer or the Customer did not receive the consent of the owner of the target Device to monitor the mobile
- • The destination device does not have Internet access (there is no money left in the destination phone account, temporary service interruption, problem related to roaming, etc.)
- • The client does not accept technical assistance
- • The user does not have physical access to the target device
- • The target device is running an unsupported operating system. The following operating systems are NOT supported: Symbian Belle, Windows Mobile, BlackBerry 10 or Bada
- • Customer is unable or unwilling to jailbreak an iPhone or root Android devices to use advanced features
- • Personal reasons (I have changed my mind, the monitoring service was not used, etc.)
- • The owner of the target device or other services damaged the operation of the software
- • Discuss request with support firstname.lastname@example.org
- • All refunds are subject to a $ 9.99 handling fee to cover bank and credit card fees that we cannot recover
- • Most chargebacks are due to fraudulent use of Customer's credit card information
- • The scammer uses the product without knowledge of the true owner of the credit card
- • If we receive a chargeback in which a card is used fraudulently, to protect the public from harm
- » All service account usage information is collected, including monitored phone data, and is provided to relevant authorities, including law enforcement, to investigate both card fraud and possible misuse of the service.
